The RobustOS Pro operating system is the software core of the LG3120e industrial gateway, with which it is tightly integrated. Based on Debian 11 Bullseye, the operating system transforms the gateway into a centralized intelligence hub capable of solving the “last mile” problem.

Hardware and Software Integration: RobustOS Pro is designed to fully leverage the device’s high-performance architecture (featuring a 2.0 GHz quad-core CPU), providing 6 GB of Flash memory and 1.5 GB of RAM dedicated to the SDK.

 

Edge Computing and Programming: Through the operating system, you can use programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Java, and Node.js to develop custom applications and process data locally, reducing cloud transit costs.

 

E2C Field Data Integration: The software is connected to the E2C Field suite, allowing the gateway to unify devices with different protocols (LoRaWAN, Modbus, OPC-UA, and BACnet) into a single data stream.

 

Cloud Connectivity with RCMS: RobustOS Pro manages the connection to the Robustel Cloud Manager Service (RCMS) cloud platform. This enables real-time monitoring, device location visualization, network status verification, and the execution of over-the-air (OTA) updates.
